Hedon Salads strongly believes our success is solely attributed to the excellence of our people.
We are firmly committed to the principles and practices embodied in the "Investors in People" standard and encourage all our staff to become actively involved in our Staff Training and Development processes. All full time staff have the opportunity to earn an apprenticeship certificate in horticulture production.
The company has won both national and regional training awards and currently operate one of the industry's largest training programmes. In 2010, twenty-seven members of staff completed their apprenticeships with a further thirty-two staff working towards their apprenticeship in 2011. In recognition of this, the company recently won a regional training award and has been identified as on of the U.K top training companies as set out by the Sunday Times.
